William S. Kelton was born in Jersey City, NJ, and he fought for the Navy in World War II. He also went by his nickname, Bill Kelton. Otherwise, he worked as a railroad engineer from 1954 to 1992. Kelton also married Dorothy Kelton and had four children, and they lived in Mahwah and Bloomingdale, NJ.
Some of Kelton’s interests included gardening, or watching some of his favorite sports teams, such as the New York Giants or Notre Dame Fighting Irish. People also described Kelton as a lover of animated political discussions, and a man with a distinct voice.
This veteran also participated as a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Anthony’s Council 943, of Butler, NJ. And, he was part of the Catholic Church.
