Biographical Text

Archibald Hay was a 7th grade teacher at Mahwah School number 2 from 1940 to 1941. He enlisted in the Army after the attack on Pearl Harbor. After the war he returned to the area and served as Principal of the Washington School in Wyckoff, NJ around 1949. By 1969 he was School Superintendent of Schools for Bergen County.
