Henry Michael Steiper, Sr. was born in Queens County, NY and later lived in Mahwah. He married Anne Marie Nancy and they had two children. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War and continued to serve until 1960. Steiper also worked for DIHCO Inc. as a welder, in Upper Saddle River, NJ, and was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Mahwah, as well as Ramapo Valley VFW Post #2973.
Family Members
Married Anne Marie Nancy, and had two sons, Henry M. Steiper Jr., and Edward Steiper. His brothers were John Steiper and Joseph Steiper.
